Hiway Mail is based in Milton Keynes. Collections are by appointment only, with a 15-minute window so the right post is ready on the counter before you arrive.
Local hand delivery is available inside Milton Keynes and Newport Pagnell only, within roughly 8 miles of MK9, from £9.50 per drop.
What To Include
Say whether you need a personal postal address, sole trader address, trading address, registered office or director service address.
Include the company name and number if already formed. If it is not formed yet, say when you expect it to be registered.
Say where post should be forwarded and whether standard Tuesday and Thursday forwarding is enough.
Tell Hiway Mail before expecting parcels, especially anything larger than 5kg or anything that might need special handling.
Response Times
Enquiries are normally answered within one working day. ID approval normally takes one working day after the right documents arrive, provided names, addresses and company details are consistent.
New address accounts usually go live within one working day once ID and proof of address are approved.
No Walk-In Signup
Hiway Mail does not accept walk-in signups without an appointment. Email first so the service needed, the names to check and the collection or forwarding instructions are clear.
